The harvest destemmed and crushed macerates in stainless steel vats for four weeks. After malolactic fermentation, this wine is aged for one year in French oak barrels renewed by thirds. Regular batonnages ensure during this year of breeding the resuspension of the fine lees.
The nose, intense, reveals aromas of blackberry nuanced by a certain minerality. On the palate, the cuvée "Comtesse de Ségur" develops a bouquet of beautiful complexity, on the register of fruit, mint and spices of the malbec.
