Le Bain des Dames - Crémant de Bordeaux

Located on the heights of the Fronsac appellation on clay-limestone soil, this wine is a selection of parcels aged 20 to 30 years. This sparkling wine is worked and vinified by the team of Château de La Rivière. 

Harvested by hand and fermented at low temperature, this Bordeaux Extra Brut Crémant is aged 12 months on latte before disgorging. The blend is composed of 65% Merlot and 35% Cabernet Franc. 

The nose offers aromas of stone fruits (white peach, apricot), tangerine, fresh almond and a delicate nutmeg and floral fragrance (lily of the valley, orange blossom). The palate is gourmand, round with a creamy foam. Freshness dominates with fruity notes, fresh grapes or nutmeg.
