Château des Jacobins
Château des Jacobins finds its typicality in its gravelly sand terroir where the presence of iron oxide confers to this wine a great diversity of aromas on a beautiful structure.
Bright purple in color, the nose combines floral, raspberry and citrus notes.
On the palate, aromas of fresh fruit and spices are found, while the round, supple tannins make this wine very approachable in its youth, although it is capable of ageing very well for 15 to 20 years.
This wine can be enjoyed with red meat, white fish (sea bass, sea bream) and sheep's milk cheese.
