Grape varieties: 65% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon
Harvesting and vinification: Hand-picked. Manual sorting. Gravity transfer. Pre-fermentation maceration, 21-day vatting.
Type of vats: Double-walled, parallelepiped stainless-steel vats, temperature-controlled.
Aged in French oak barrels for 16 months, 40% new, 60% single-vineyard.
