Blend: 82% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon

Average age of vineyard: 30 years

Harvest: Hand-picked. Manual sorting. 

Vinification: Traditional. Temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.

Aging in French oak barrels: 12 months. 20% new barrels, 80% one-wine barrels.
