Château Petit Faurie de Soutard Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé (red) - AOC SAINT EMILION GRAND CRU

This 8-hectare estate is located on the heights of Saint-Emilion, on a terroir of clay-limestone slopes and sandy hilltops. The wines of this grand cru classé boast elegant tannins, an intense mouthfeel, velvety tannins and a long, aromatic finish.

The nose reveals notes of black fruits and spices. The attack on the palate is suave, with blackberry, cherry and a lovely freshness.

Blend: 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet franc, 5% Cabernet sauvignon.

Harvesting: Hand-picked. Densimetric sorting. Gravity transfer.

Vinification: Temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats.

Aged in French oak barrels: 50% new barrels, 50% one-wine barrels.
