HISTORY :
The vineyard has been established in the 17th century with the Château des Plassons. Before only located in the south of Charente the Vineyard has been considerably extended since the past 15 years.

VINIFICATION :
Natural wine fermentation thanks to a high control of the temperatures all along the process
DISTILLATION :
In the outbuildings of the castle, we lead the stills with a process of a double discontinuous distillation in hundred-years-old Alambic charentais made of copper. All the aromas of the wine can release themselves.
BLEND :
This blend of over 30 fine cognacs from the five main districts. The Cognac is at its absolute peak. Their respective power and finesse are delicately balanced.
TASTING NOTES :
Nose : Floral notes, spice, honey and vanilla with well integrated oak develop into richer oilier fragrances with fresh butter character and distinctive "rançio".
Mouth : The palate is harmonious, full, rich and of great length.
Color : Unbelievable.
