Vinification and Ageing: The harvest is mechanical, the greatest care is taken with the selected grapes. The harvest macerates at 6°C for 10 days. A 20-day long fermentation precedes ageing in new French oak barrels.
The 12-month ageing produces a long-keeping wine (10-15 years). Very complex and powerful, it satisfies the most demanding.
Tasting comment: Very beautiful deep color with a ruby reflection. The nose offers notes of ripe red fruits (blackcurrant, strawberry) and roasting: mocha, coffee and smoked. In the mouth the attack is silky and is accompanied by a very beautiful sweetness. The tannins are ripe and have no roughness.
